They are helping him work on a cement mixer. Sami even picked up her toys so she could go out. 
Another new addition to the house....a much needed washing machine! I love it! As you can see, it has already been in use. It is unbelievably quiet. I had to check it a couple times to make sure it was running! And the amount of water it get out in the spin cycle....the clothes are almost dry. Plus, I can shove ALOT of clothes in there. Even Nick loves it! If we can't find him, he is usually out watching the clothes. Hopefully, this will be the last of the things we have to spend money on for awhile. Now that we have replaced the furnace, fridge, stove and washer, we should be good for a long, long, time.
