It has been many, many years since I have been to the circus. Once again, thanks to my dad and some complimentary ticktes he received, we took Jonathan and Samantha to the Shrine Circus last Saturday morning. It was a nice time and not many people were there. They stuffed their faces with cotton candy and hot dogs. And at the end were able to puchase huge balloons on a stick. Of course, only one is still alive today! They seemed to have a good time. Samantha seemed to be mesmerized by the whole thing. She enjoyed attempting to take pictures with an older digital camera. She patiently waited for the monkeys to come out. I don't know what made her even think of monkeys. Jonathan mostly rolled around on the seat trying to get comfortable. 
I tried to get a good picture of the beautiful tigers.
And this amazing chair balancing act. No nets to catch these performers!
